250 students help build Iran school

New Iranian school has been built with the financial aid of 250 students.

New Iranian school has been built with the financial aid of 250 students.

The rebuilt school located in the Iranian capital city of Tehran has the name of kind-hearted students etched on tiles at the entrance of its building.

The school was made possible with the donation of this group of students, each paid to build one meter of the educational complex.

This was part of a scheme known as “Metric Donation” for building schools in Iran with the aid of young benefactors.

Donations can take many forms in Islam, and because Iranians place a high value on education, some benefactors help Iran’s Education Ministry build or refurbish new schools across the country.
